1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "Player", or "you") and JomBoss88 (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at jomboss88.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the JomBoss88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

• You are not acting on behalf of another person or any third party.

• You have not previously been excluded from gambling services, whether through self-exclusion, operator-imposed exclusion, or regulatory order.
• You have not been declared legally incapacitated or otherwise lacking the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual Player may hold only one (1) active account on the JomBoss88 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, or device may be subject to consolidation, suspension, or permanent closure, and all associated balances may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account exists under your identity without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to maintain and update this information promptly if it changes.

4.1 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any time the Platform deems it necessary for compliance purposes — you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months confirming your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, documentation confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., a screenshot of your registered e-wallet, bank account statement).

JomBoss88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion and to place a hold on pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using accepted payment methods as listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). JomBoss88 does not accept deposits made on behalf of other persons.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player's verified account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Balances must be met before those funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, bank accounts in a different name, or unverified payment methods.
• JomBoss88 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and within 1–3 business hours for FPX bank transfers, subject to verification status and banking partner processing times.

5.3 Chargebacks & Fraudulent Transactions

Any Player who initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through their bank or payment provider without first contacting JomBoss88 support will be considered to be in material breach of this Agreement. The Platform reserves the right to close such accounts, recover any outstanding funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities or financial institutions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JomBoss88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Standard welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 30x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings are typically subject to a 15x wagering requirement. Individual promotions will state their specific multiplier.
• Validity Period: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within 14 days of being credited to your account. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses will expire automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Please refer to the specific promotion for game contribution details.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, bets must not exceed RM20 per spin or per hand unless explicitly permitted by the individual promotion's terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Stacking: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits it.
• Abuse Prevention: JomBoss88 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent the bonus system.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the JomBoss88 platform are provided by third-party software suppliers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that all outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. JomBoss88 does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative theoretical averages over a very large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, the Platform reserves the right to void affected rounds. Any incomplete games will be reviewed according to the applicable game rules, and decisions made by our technical team in such cases are final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JomBoss88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games, or any other game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched betting strategies using bonus funds.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity, including money laundering.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity or payment documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at JomBoss88 staff or other Players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the JomBoss88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of JomBoss88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of JomBoss88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JomBoss88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any games therein.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like transmitted through the Platform by any third party.

JomBoss88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your account at the time of the relevant claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by JomBoss88

JomBoss88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, a suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, a technical or security concern, or a regulatory compliance requirement.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (subject to completed KYC verification and pending withdrawal processing) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12 Responsible Gambling
